What are the delivery charges for orders?

We use a private courier to deliver your purchases to any delivery address you provide. There are higher delivery fees for products over 30lbs, or for express / rush delivery requests. Our charges are shown at checkout.  However, you can also WIN or EARN a free shipping code by subscribing to our newsletter, reading our blogs and catching the coupon codes there!

What if I don't have a credit card?

You can still shop on our website, add the items to your cart, and checkout using either the CASH on delivery or CARD on delivery options. This way you can pay for your purchase when the items have been delivered to you!

Are there fees when using my credit card online?

Yes, these fees are issued by the Banks and by the Payment Gateway.  All Credit Card transactions have fees associated with them, but My Bamboo Health absorbs these costs. The price you see on our website is the final price of the item. You will see shipping fees at checkout. You can WIN or EARN a Free Shipping coupon by subscribing to our newsletter or spotting them within our Blogs!

How long does delivery take?

All our orders are packaged and shipped on Weekends, for next business day delivery.  As such deliveries can take between 4 – 7 business days across Trinidad and Tobago.  You receive an order tracking number and can contact us at any time for an order update.  Review our Pre-Orders and Delivery policy.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website processes your information in the most secure ways as needed by the GDPR compliance of Trinidad and Tobago.  Webspeak for “we comply with the law”.  Check out our Privacy Policy.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Glad you asked.  For in-stock items, we review your item to ensure there are no defects. Then we contact our private couriers to deliver your package to you.  Last, we share your tracking number (with you) and have your items delivered.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes; regardless of the payment and delivery methods you select at checkout, you receive an invoice of your purchase immediately to the email address you provided.  Your email address should be valid.  Invoices are only sent by email.

What about refunds?

We hope you always make the right choice before purchasing, but we also understand there are situations where a refund is necessary.  We do not guarantee a refund in every situation.  Please review our Refund and Returns policies.

Can I request an item not in your catalogue?

Sure!  Check out our PollRequest a Product and drop a comment.  We will respond to all queries and notify you of updates to your request.  You are not asked to make any payment for your request.  Your item may however, be added to our Pre-Order catalogue and you can place your order then.  Review our Pre-Orders and Delivery Policy.
